Multiple Listing Service
The MLS is the community of Realtors in action. Every time a Realtor lists a
home for sale, the first thing that agent does is place a listing for the home
in the MLS. Once an agent turns in a new listing, it's quickly entered into the
MLS computer system. From there, every Realtor has access to that listing,
whether it's to get information about it or to show it.
This means that if you're a home seller, from the first day your home is listed
in the East Kootenays, thousands of Realtors are potentially attempting to sell
it. If you are a buyer looking for a home your agent has immediate access to
the listing. The general public can easily search for listings on the internet
at www.mls.ca.
Advertising
I advertise my name, listings and website in various Real Estate publications
both in the Regional Market and overseas in the UK Marketplace.
Website
Once you list with me, the information collected about your property is used to
create a website specifically for your Listing. As well, the Feature Listing
section of the homepage of my website changes with every visit, rotating
amongst all my listings. This gives your property the potential to be displayed
on the homepage of my website with every visit.
Easy Access
All of my Real Estate signs have my direct phone number and that of my listing
office.
